The picture wasnt sent for ages, but the seller never gave me any information. When I asked, I was lied to and stalled, for weeks. The seller even tried to use the global political situation as an excuse to justify his poor customer service. The seller had no insight into the fact that he had been lying to me. The only way to get money back was through Etsy. Dear Koby - i have to say that Honesty, openness and reliability are the foundations of every functioning relationship - also in business.
